It's like a head harness with a medical style mask and hose. The edges of the mask also inflate to give a good seal. Now, if someone will just give me £100, I'll buy one from Fort Troff :)
It's now been over a month since I started going to the gym three times a week and I think I'm starting to see some improvement...
I've also been doing a bit more climbing and have found that routes are getting a bit easier so maybe, just maybe, things are working :) Perhaps I'm not too far off buying some very horny Nike gear then!
I still have to have another test in 3 months, but I'm told that the 3 month one (I've just had) is "definitive". The literature I've read gives a <<1% of seroconversion occuring after 3 months and given I'm immuno-suppressed anyway I'd say that I'm home and dry :)
My boyfriend very generously mummified me in Vetrap last night.
It's like a self-adherent bandage material meant for holding dressings onto horses, but it makes for a very effective bondage material :) You can buy it on ebay for not much money, and it comes it lots of different colours...
